I see no difference..

This is Suzuki Daichi..

Daichi: 14 16 yr old junior high school student who has a mother complex, played by HSJ/NYC's Yamada Ryosuke in his latest drama 'Risou no Musuko', aired every Saturday, 9PM (Jpn time) on NTV.

..and this is Ihara Hayato..

Hayato: Freshman university student and the third son of Ihara family who owns a funeral parlor, played by HSJ/NYC's Chinen Yuri in his latest drama 'Saikou no Jinsei no Owarikata ~ Ending Planner~', aired every Thursday, 9PM (Jpn time) on TBS

..and as the title said, I see no difference. Just being coincidentally found these 2 GIFs of YamaChii with similar body gesture in the 1st episode of their respective dramas.
