I mean, I have never watched the first generation of Kindaichi Hajime played by Kinki Kids's Domoto Tsuyoshi. (
and don't make me watch it, I know how detective story works, thanks to my stalker ninja mode searching the origins of Kindaichi franchise which surprisingly, TOTALLY, RELATED TO TANTEI GAKUEN Q in the forms of the creator)
But can we not compare him with the upcoming 'Kindaichi Hajime' a.k.a (the long awaited actor the manga creator wanted for the role for 5 years) Hey! Say! JUMP / NYC's Yamada Ryosuke?
I am not siding Yamada just because he is my ichiban
(for once I am ditching Tamamori Yuta and GDragon, sorry *pouts*) but actor wisely this 19 year old Johnny's upcoming Golden Boy has about THREE (I repeat, THREE) detective roles in his resume. Surprisingly one of the roles is connected (by creator) to Kindaichi Hajime. I am sure 90% of JDrama watchers, when they saw Yamada Ryosuke, automatically they relate it to the 'detective', thanks to his works
(or maybe if you are seriously being JDrama watcher starting early 2012, you may relate him to 'Mama's boy' and 'Koala' thanks to RnM, LOL)
Enough of the rambling. To end this, I must say, can we wait until 12 January 2013 to come?
