I have a problem with my fasting diet..

This rant are basically about what to eat during the early morning and the evening during fasting month. I'm not the type to eat much during both early morning and evening, so somehow it worries me on what to eat to  avoid me from getting migraine because of starvation. And being economical at the same time.

I am thinking on having breads for early morning. For me, eating 2 slices of bread are the same as eating the rice with the usual proportion I take, that is a full bowl of rice (the small bowl one na). Even so, I'm the type of person who easily got bored with the same food everyday. Currently in my room at hostel, there are more than 5 packets of instant noodles and to be honest, I'm sick of eating instant noodles everyday. *pouts*

Dates are the 'main' food coz dates, according to researchers, provide us energy for the whole fasting period.

Dates

Too bad I'm not fond of sweet things, especially in the early morning, coz I can end up having stomach ache. But dates are energy suppliers~~ *pouts*.

Of course I'm worried about what I eat everyday, not only during fasting month. Having yourself being diagnosed of gastric and migraine because of starving isn't a good thing for me coz like it of not, I have to be picky on choosing the food for my happy stomach. I can't skip meals anymore T____T.

Daichi: Not even a meal?
Kouji: Not even a meal. Poor ZRC-chan. *shrugs*

Does this mean, I have to eat a lot on early morning and evening for the whole fasting month? Oh, my stomach can't stand overload.

It's not complaining, ok. I need help here. Onegaii~

p/s; Oh my stomach, please be nice to me na.

Teppei: Just this month, k, Stomach-san.
