Putting the number '2' in front of your age means a LOT!

It's 2013. Someone was anticipating this post since 2009. 4 years? Gawd. Whoever it is, there. I made the birthday post today after 4 years. *sigh*

Look, Yamada Ryosuke maybe is my bias but the only birthday post I managed to make in this blog is Chinen Yuri. Double-standard much? Or maybe just because I am already in love with Chinen after his major breakout performance in 'Sprout'?

p/s: the blog owner's pen name is ZRC-chan a.k.a Zarel Ryosuke Chinen for OBVIOUS reasons. Until now she still can't choose in between Yamada and Chinen.

Wait! Why am I rambling about other people in this post when the major subject here is the Golden Boy itself? But Chinen is co-Golden Boy so, it counts?

Kindaichi: NO!

Okay, fine. Why is Kindaichi answering it? *tilts head*

Yamada: Because THE Yamada Ryosuke is busy...

Okay, don't drag me too far young boy, you are no longer TEEN anymore.

See the number '2' there on your age?

Yes! You are 20 year old this year. Don't you realize how many people are waiting for the day when you turned 20, young boy? Being 20 means...you are officially legal in some countries that isn't Japan. Actually in some countries too, you are already legal. You are certified 'legal' in Japan next year. More people are waiting for it, young boy.

Thanks to your poor eyesight, you aren't able to see clearly how your fans react when you are on stage, acting seductive, sexy, and showing your half-naked state. But you know your fans like it, (you stalk us on the Net, we know!) so you keep doing it for..6 years since the day you were assigned with 'sexy image' during one episode of Shounen Club. (go find it, IDK which one, but I do know that episode exists!) 

You are also certified as JUMP detective for obvious reasons. Tantei Gakuen Q, Furuhata Chugakusei, Hidarime Tantei EYE and recently, Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo. That explains everything. But according to your ex-classmates, you are average. You self claimed that you can't do baseball, soccer, marathon and relay. (read: Johnny's Sports Day 2012)

How was your Korean, young boy? Are you a fan of 'Running Man'? LOL! Have you imagined yourself being one of Running Man's guests? We all know you got yourself lots of Kshow, Kdrama and Kmovies (maybe a full-length album of SNSD? *bricked*) stuffs on your storage disk on your electronic devices, thanks to your sisters who are KPop fans too. We all know that you watch the show online too, just like us! (IDK which translation but he did mention when he was shooting for Kindaichi in Hong Kong, he watched 'Sprout' online. Yes! That 'Sprout' drama, fellas!) Did your sister bugging you for taking Seungri's autographed photos during your Kindaichi shooting? Or maybe you are the one who begging Seungri for Taeyang's private LINE account, in which Seungri agreed to give you with lots of conditions that IDK what. 

Though your hairstyle change every IDK what period of time I should describe it but it was certain that you change hairstyle more than one time a year LOL, your face being moon face, self claimed by yourself few times a year, there is one thing that never change on you. You know your own goal to be the best. You know you are still lacking behind when in fact you are far away then other talents your age. You are being passionate with being an idol as if the trait runs in your blood (or we should say pregnancy taboo is so real because your mother go to Kinki Kids's concert when you were inside her womb. You know, the power of mother's prayer).You still the humble Yamada Ryosuke we had known since Junior days. You know how to work smart. 

But, one thing I sincerely ask from you. Please don't make your own goal pressuring you. Your bandmates are scared of your serious attitude, you know. Don't restrict yourself too much, young boy. Life is too short to be serious most of the time. 

And so, Happy 20th Birthday Yamada Ryosuke. I hope Takaki pranks you again in the concert. Or maybe it's just Chinen. 

pp/s: Get a romance drama, boy! FOR FCKING REAL, GET A ROMANCE DRAMA! If you had to be the second male in a triangle love, it's ok. Unless if the first male is Chinen, then you had no choice but to retreat.

Tho today is 27th January 2013, it's never too late to say...

This post is totally different from my 2012 new year post, because I am not going to blog my RL drama here. Not going.

So look at the title, minna. '... of the year', 2012 version! This is my own fangirl version of '... of the year' so all rights reserved. (I am losing my writing in English skills, omaigawd)

Drama of the year: *drumrolls* Sprout! Not even mama's boy or some useless turned good policemen and even a Tamamori Yuta. This set of actors and actresses really brings high school memories to most of the watchers. Yes they are idols and most of them were first timers but IDC. Don't tell me you didn't cry when watching this scenes

And every time this scene coming you fell pity over the second lead male a.k.a Lewis Jesse.

Admit it~~~ blehhhh~ Got u!

Pairing of the year: YamaJima a.k.a Yamada Ryosuke and Nakajima Yuto. We know how close they are since junior days, so don't bash me. (besides, this is 2012 going to 2013 post right?). And their tandem is the proof that, a drama too can also maintain their popularity from the first week of the year to the end of the year. (side note: Risou no Musuko)

Trio of the year: NYC, and we mean Nakayama, Yamada and Chinen (because in JUMP itself got NYC/The Holy Trinity a.k.a Nakajima, Yamada and Chinen). Maintaining their 5th year participation in Kohaku plus two singles and two 'amusement park' singles which is way hotter than their digital singles, this three idols is no play-play. And what makes things easier? ALL THREE OF THEM WERE ALREADY GRADUATING THEIR HIGH SCHOOL YEARS!

JUMP member of the year: CHINEN YURI! He rocks your life starting winter 2012 as a troubled university freshmen, and end your 2012 with his genius, judgemental thinking when stuck in France. And did I mention that he got his second on-screen kiss? HE DID!

sometimes doing a double post is worthy, because humans tend to forget. 

Let me make you getting more jelly. He has TWO kissing scenes in 'Sprout'. Yes, the one is up there, if you can see. And the other one, is this!

Jelly much? But, let me know how many people hate this senpai co-manager throughout the whole series?

But I like Chinen Yuri/Okamoto Rei tandem better! Sorry Morikawa-san and Kojima-san, Okamoto wins! They are so sweet, despite the fact is the girl is older than the boy. But who cares~

Just a fanvid, but who cares! Also, the song used was sung by Chinen's favourite artist. Try beat that.

Kisumai member of the year: FUJIGAYA TAISUKE! Almost being surpassed by Tamamori Yuta anyway. But can he beat a senior boxer, a yankee turned policeman and Kimura Takuya's sidekick? And amused Kiritani Mirei? He can't.

Just so you know, you will catch this on DVD soon. 

At the age of 25, he has his first sex scene. *flat face*

First post of 2013 is dedicated to Kindaichi Hajime...

... who is not the star of his own case.

Just so you know, this morning I had done watching Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo: Hong Kong Kowloon Treasure Murder Case.

This is Kindaichi SP review. Read this at your own risk, especially when you haven't watch it yet. Contains SPOILERS!! Want to watch? Go here.

I told you at the first thing in this post that Kindaichi Hajime (a.k.a Yamada Ryosuke) isn't the star of his own case. Apparently Yamada himself is not the star of his own drama. I dare say, even though he is the main actor, he didn't expose much in this drama. Same with Arioka Daiki who act as his kouhai, Saki Ryuji. Alright, maybe I just too in awe with Saki's spectacles...

...which was broken at first and then going back to normal after being splashed by hot water. 

LOL WTF! Mind blowing! Next!

I have NO COMPLAINS about Kawaguchi Haruna's acting. NO.COMPLAINS! Period! I can say he and Yamada got pretty convincing chemistry. I grew up liking that chemistry till the end of the SP. Oh, and did I said she was so lucky because she managed to show Yamada (and Daiki) her bare hips? More reasons for AriYama fangirls to jealous at Haruna. 

That is her hips, LOL

To anyone who still want to bash Kawaguchi-san, please rethink. I must say she had grown up being an actress on your dorama radar. I am being bias here, because Kawaguchi Haruna had captured my heart with her acting skills since Yankee-kun to Megane-chan. Because of that reason, I don't even care to watch GTO 2012 or Ouran High School Host club live-action drama. I believe she can pull her character well. Some reviewers call her being 'flat' in this SP but for me, she was just fine. It was her character as Miyuki/Yang Lan that needs her to.be.FLAT.

but she isn't flat when she hits 'Hajime-chan' on the head, LOL

Next, the story itself.

I will make it simple to you. Since it's for 2013 release, the story itself, including how the victims die, the alibis and the motive plus the way of killing, is so CSI: Miami. Something that you would never think had been done in Asia. You never knew that you can make a bunch of cloth hangars just by using steam iron. How.Genius!

However, I am honestly quite disappointed with the ending actually. It's so anti-climax. It's like when you scream loud for a long time until you heard your own voice started to low down abruptly. That was the story are. All the excitement from the beginning died down like a fallen leaf. (what am I talking here?)

VI: Any place for me in your post, ZRC-chan?

Now that you mention it Seun-eh! V.I-san!

Seungri's first try on acting, I should say he do his best on first try. Although he is somehow flat somewhere, but who wouldn't love him and Kindaichi's interactions throughout this SP

As a both VIP and JUMPers, seeing this make me happy to the max! LOL! Kiritani Kenta looks SUPER YOUNG in this drama. Wu Chun...giving me the same aura when he acted in Hana Kimi Taiwan version, again. Never change. 

No language barriers here. Wu Chun and Vivian Hsu speaking Japanese is so ASDFGHJKL~ (even to each other, LOL, but they go converse in Cantonese later on.) 

The only thing that creates a very awkward moment in the whole SP is when Daiki called Yamada 'senpai' when he actually IS the 'senpai'. 

As a conclusion, this SP is as great as expected for Kindaichi's 20th anniversary. Kudos to the actors, you have done well. And who said a drama is worth popular with just Johnny's idols? Let me say it again, although Yamada Ryosuke is the main actor here, he isn't the star here. *firm* 

I want to remind you readers that this whole review is my review based on what I see, hear and feel. You have every right to offend me, I am okay with that. I am still a Yamada fan after all.

MV....MV everywhere~

Just few hours ago, JE via J Storm had released the short version of the anticipated solo debut single by Yamada Ryosuke, 'Mystery Virgin'.

Oh yeah.

As expected from multi-talented KPop lover idol.

This is only a short version, not the full length PV yet, but still. it deserves my review. So far what I see in this video is something that we should call 'worth to deserve this chance'. Now, if only Avex manage this guy, sure he'll be hella hit like Kis-My-FT2 (yeah, still shocked over the fact that Kis-My-1st beats JUMP World so damn far in the album ranking).

What I see here is an effort for JE to go against KPop wave. Don't bash me KPoppers, I must say, this video had shown much on how the artists' PV under J Storm had evolved and being relevant whatever music genre is taking the world now. Some fans said Yamada had been modeled to be 'the next Domoto Kouchi', his own admired senpai. But what I see here is...

Yamada could lead JE the way to 'sail the KPop wave'. 

Bias much? Whatever you said, people. This is my opinion, music-wisely.

Some things you need to point out in this PV...

1. If you are "Merlin" (yup, that TV series!) fans, you must know Morgana Pendragon right? Apparently she has a long-lost brother who currently in Japan...

2. As a KPop fan, this by far is my favourite footage of him in this PV. 

I know this is so hard to be GIFed. Kudos to the owner.

I can't imagine how will it be when the full PV come out. Judging from the fact that all Yamada fans are beating the cat's lifespan now.

You're 19 now, and I still remember those reactions fans giving to you the moment they knew that you are already become the 1st JUMP member to act as a leading actor in a romance, based on shoujo manga, live-action drama. Keep being the squirrel that every JUMPers love and may you'll success in your idol works (acting, singing, dancing etc). What's for sure, no one will let you sleep more than 10 hours right now. MERELY NO ONE, SORRY!

How old are you, Nakayama Yuma?

This is a 'piece' of snippets from another 'all-Johnny's-star' late night drama 'Piece' starting last Saturday (06 October 2012).

To those who don't know, Nakayama Yuma is the reason why I entered Johnny fandom. Won't tell you guys how and why for now. Too lazy to scribble anything.

Yeah, they can't do like what you just did because of many reasons. You know they're shorties and also everyone's favourite idols up to date, so them doing what you did is a BIG NO-NO!

'Sprout' soundtrack

Finally, it's the end of the drama......

And as I said before, I am not really a fan of the English songs sung by a band called 'Grouplove' that featured in the drama otl. Not even a fan of "Hana Egao" tho, sorry again, Yamada *shakes head* AND WTH IS 'TSUNAGU TE TO TE' DOING HERE FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE FINAL EPISODE ENDS, HUH?

As I promised, here is my own version for 'Sprout' soundtrack. I do say that it has various kinds of songs, from KPop to English pop. And did I said there's an oldies in the list? No? Then after this you'll find out.

Those who wondering should I recommend this drama or not, well you just have to read throughout this post to find out.

1st one, it's a song that comes out to my mind after I watched the pilot episodes of 'Sprout', and also the second episodes. Yeah, the episodes, where Miku is so obsessed to find out who's the Mr. Unknown Guy who helped her during the first day of school at stairs...

....and just in time when she found him (Souhei) and very sure that it was him, she was about to fall for him when she found out that the said school footballer has a girlfriend who surprisingly....a girl that I'm sure the whole school called her 'the annoying Miyuki'.

Seeing them rabu-rabu together makes Miku think that Souhei is the one that got away from her.

And then there's Katagiri Hayato, the loner whom every girls adore in that school. Everyone wants to go out with him and he? He only has his eyes on Miku. Meanwhile the relationship between Souhei and Miyuki getting blossomed each day and night until the guy take his courage to volume up their relationship into something serious...

So as Hayato and Miku. Knowing that Miku is still waiting for Souhei, he try his best to make Miku forget about him by showing his care to her. Decided to give up on his feelings towards Souhei, Miku finally claimed that she loves Hayato like a love song. No more Souhei. Just...Hayato.

The news of Hayato and Miku dating struck Souhei out of reality. He felt like someone's taking something's important from him, but he has Miyuki, and shouldn't he happy hearing that his loner best friend finally got himself a girlfriend. Yes, he was happy but no, that girl who her family owns a boarding house he is now staying is his best friend's girlfriend? That's no way! Jealousy arise inside the young footballer as his thoughts filling with the thought that, "I don't want to see Miku being so kind to anyone else except me. Her kindness is only for me!"

Aware of that sudden attitude her boyfriend showed whenever Hayato and Miku have their rabu-rabu moment in front of them, Miyuki felt lonely. She was afraid of the fact that one day she will lose Souhei. So, she come to Hayato and hugged him, and being silent about it for some time. That day during their stay at the Ikenouchis, Miyuki claimed that she had once loved Hayato, in front of her third boyfriend up to date, Souhei. Hayato being silent and Miku..hearing that was enough to make her mesmerized. A glance through Souhei who painfully thinks that his best friend and his girlfriend had lied to him.

Though he cheerfully accept the fact that his girlfriend had once liked his best friend, Souhei was now realized that he has no longer hearts to his current girlfriend. The day when he found Hayato and Miku kissing, his heart clenched, and eventually he realized that he is now falling for Miku. Aware of that situation, Miyuki decided to give Souhei's heart a break by breaking up with him, here at the shrine where they first praying for their forever ever after love each other.

The break up effect eats Souhei up, and those problems later made him depressed. A call from his mom asked him to go back home makes the said depressed young boy bid goodbye to his housemates and the Ikenouchis. What he don't know is when he leaves Miku, who recently break up with Hayato soon after Souhei break up with Miyuki, felt that Souhei's departure made her lonely...day by day...

A year later, when all things died down, Souhei being so naive, thinking that Miku is still with Hayato, try his very best to walk away from her life. That sudden changing attitude in Souhei angered Hayato up until he dares to blow a punch on Souhei, telling the truth that all these time, Miku only looks at Souhei and only Souhei. Miku don't trust her heart when she saw Souhei again. She's looking for her fated person. He's looking for her only love. Thanks to the ex-couples, after a year, Narahashi Souhei and Ikenouchi Miku are finally...you and I...

 

Should I recommend this? Shouldn't I? If you are looking for a drama that sure make you reminiscing your love life during school, then this is for you! I'm sure there's some characters in this drama makes you remember that time. Maybe you are the naive and cheerful but blind when it comes to love Narahashi Souhei? Or maybe the 'not-going-to-lost-hope' and 'i'm-sure-he's-my-destinied-person' Ikenouchi Miku? Could you are the loner but caring and willing to sacrifice for others' happiness  Katagiri Hayato? Or could you are the selfish but caring that often mistaken as 'annoying' Ozawa Miyuki?

p/s: It's so hard to find any 'Sprout' GIFs, maybe after the DVD is out, there will be lots of 'Sprout' GIFs. But for now...
